Ready ourselves for the holiest of holy days with the music of the season, special prayers of forgiveness, and changing of our Torah covers to white to reflect purity and disappearance of our sins.

Share prayers and readings for a meaningful At-Home New Year experience.

3:00 PM Mindful Doodle with Patricia Isis: Using the art of doodling to help focus our efforts on teshuva, tefilah, tzedakah 


Rosh Hashanah #2- September 8th

10:00 AM “Reverse Tashlich” at Matheson Hammock

Instead of discarding our sins we will use our efforts to remove human ‘sins’ (marine debris) from Biscayne Bay to tikkun hayam, repair the sea. Hosted by Andrea Loring Invite your family and friends to join.

2:00 PM Rabbi Robyn Interviews Asha Loring Walker, Founder and Director, Health in the Hood: While fasting, we will learn about the food scarcity in our Miami community and how our efforts in the coming year can contribute to its correction.

4:00 PM Rejuvenating Movement with Carol Kaminsky: Get in touch with your physical self and set your intention for the new year

5:00 PM Yizkor Video montage of our loved ones who are with us in love and spirit.

6:00 PM Neilah, Havdalah, & Virtual Break Fast: Closing the Book of Life and Transitioning from our 40-day introspective, soul-filled journey into 5782. Let’s close out our High Holy Days together with Havdalah, our first bite of challah and our greetings to one another for a good and sweet New year! L’shana tova u’metukah!
